Kent Coast Holiday Park

Set on the Thames Estuary near Rochester, Kent Coast Holiday Park (formerly Allhallows) sits just one hour from London - making it one of the most accessible coastal parks in the south. The park holds AA 5 Gold Star Holiday Park status and has attracted millions in investment over recent years.

Spring 2026 sees the opening of the Lost Lagoon water park - a brand-new indoor pool complex with family slide, indoor splash area, and the outdoor Atlantic Falls flume. Haven have also opened The London Stone, Kent's first holiday park-based J D Wetherspoon pub, alongside the state-of-the-art 1,200-seater Marina Bar and Stage entertainment venue. This is serious investment showing in the facilities.

The Adventure Village delivers on activities - Aerial Adventure high ropes with Thames Estuary views, Mini Aerial Adventure for younger families, climbing wall, The Jump airbag activity, and a Bark Yard dog obstacle course. There's a one-acre fishing lake with 21 swims (plus wheelchair-accessible facilities), crazy golf, junior Segways, and outdoor play areas. The historic Slough Fort artillery fortress sits right on the park edge and runs fascinating tours.

For owners, the 186-acre park offers lake view and sea view pitches, plus quiet locations away from the main complex. Estuary View, Riverside and Hillside areas sit closest to facilities. The new Mason's Point neighbourhood has rare pitches available in a quiet area whilst still being close to amenities. Owner benefits include wine club, owner-only day trips, morning swim sessions, quiz nights, and end of season parties.

The Thames Estuary beach provides direct access to coastal walks and marshes, with multiple conservation areas on site for peaceful exploration. The park spans mainly flat ground with only slight slopes, making it suitable for pushchairs and wheelchairs throughout.

Location-wise, you're within striking distance of Rochester Castle, Canterbury Cathedral, Leeds Castle, and the White Cliffs of Dover. Strood Train Station sits 10 miles away with High Speed 1 connections to London St Pancras - day trips to the capital are genuinely doable when you fancy city time.

Kent Coast represents Haven's "park of the future" approach - combining natural Thames Estuary beauty with modern facilities and that crucial London accessibility.
